Urban Renewal

Westside Constructions has been providing design and construction services for urban renewal projects through the inner suburbs of Adelaide. Over 500 dwellings have currently been completed.

Richmond Residential Redevelopment

  • 186 Dwellings
  • Site started with 65, 1930’s houses on traditional ¼ acre blocks.
  • 37 houses with heritage value were retained and renovated.
  • 28 houses were demolished.
  • Realignment of boundaries and higher density product - resulted in 149, 2 & 3 storey.

Apartment Construction

  • Demolished 9 houses
